Members of the Antigua Barbuda Festivals Commission (ABFC) hosted a presentation of Antigua's Carnival on board the Uber Soca Cruise (USC). A raffle for Antigua Carnival 2019 costume and t-shirt mas packages was also a part of the presentation, and some of the lucky winners, who will be in Antigua next year, are photoed.
